I want to help make energy, motivation, clear skin, cheerfulness, calmness, and a normal circadian rhythm your new normal.

When I work with a client, I use the skills I learned through the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program. What I do is sometimes referred to as an “opt-in model of self-care”. I am not a licensed health professional, I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead, what I do is take on the role of a teacher and guide. I will teach you how to know your body so well that you can confidently become your own health practitioner.

Imagine being so confident in what your body is trying to tell you that you don’t need to seek out any more doctors, supplements, workouts, or lab tests. By working with me for 3-6 months, you’ll be able to achieve a level of health freedom you never thought possible. I know this because I have done it myself, and have guided many clients through the same process with great success.

We’ll get started with a free Discovery Call where we’ll get to know each other, chat about your goals, and see if we’re a match made in wellness heaven.

We can then dive into a one-on-one coaching package. I’ll guide you along the process with regular sessions. As we get to know each other, we’ll be running a series of at-home functional lab tests that will help uncover answers to the health questions that have confused you for so long.

Here are some of the things we will do together:

  • Create a nutrition plan built for you and your specific needs.
  • Implement a balanced exercise routine when that feels appropriate and do-able for you.
  • You’ll learn practical ways to manage stress.
  • I’ll help you create healthy habits around sleep.
  • We’ll also work on optimizing your digestion.

The Core Seven Framework

  1. Tearing down false beliefs and building true beliefs. Without this, nothing can be accomplished.
  2. Lab testing allows me to see where the imbalances are in the body and what areas need more support.
  3. Here we will implement the D.R.E.S.S for Health Success® protocol where you will implement diet, rest, exercise, and stress reduction.
  4. This is where your commitment to your overall health comes in as you become your own health advocate. This may be the most important piece because without it you may not see the results you are hoping for.
  5. Here you will implement everything you’ve learned so far into your everyday life.
  6. This is your customized 90-day protocol that is tailored specifically to your imbalances.
  7. The final step in the framework is the maintenance phase. This program is not simply a protocol you finish, instead it is meant to be a lifestyle. Because we live in a toxic world and environment, you will always need to implement the tools you’ve learned throughout our time together.
